If you’re a Mass Effect fan, chances are you’ve already downloaded and played the Extended Cut DLC for Mass Effect 3. While doing so you may have noticed a few new pieces of music. Sam Hulick, the lead composer on Mass Effect 3, put together some new tracks to go with the new and extended scenes added to the game.
As if giving away the Extended Cut for free wasn’t enough, BioWare are doing the same with the new music. There are seven tracks in the download, including a revised version of “An End, Once And For All”, which you’ll recognize from the original endings of the game, also notable for being one of the few tracks Clint Mansell is credited on.
You’ll need a BioWare Social account to download the soundtrack, if you have an EA/Origin account then that should work. When you’ve given it a listen, let us know what you think of the new tracks.
